Rip Van Winkle from Hellsing Ultimate. I havent submitted anythig for Hellsing in along time, so I made this.
I used to think Alucard looked like a psychopath. then I saw THIS chick.
Rip creeps me out. She looks like something I used to have nightmares about.

I kind of liked her. Although when she started crying because Alucard was coming, it disappointed me. I was excited to see a female character trying to take Alucard on that stood... well, a better chance than most, but then she became panicky. On the other hand Alucard must have psyched her out by whatever he was saying or sending to her, and honestly what sane person doesn't look at Alucard in his full on Senor Crazypants mode and NOT cry a little?

This image pretty much sums it up. (I think... it's not a contest of throwing vampires against Alucard in the hopes of surpassing and killing him. The more I see the OAVs the more I think that each new vampire is trying to surpass him in insanity.)
